MAKING UNIQUE KNIVES

Early 2020 I started with repairing a few kitchenknives, knowing nothing about the matter, but I tried. Together with Nicolas Lazopoulos, a good friend, we did a workshop and yes, we were hooked...

So all in all a passion developped after that and this is the result. All these knives have been handmade by me. I start with a blank sheet of steel (carbon or stainless steel), cut it to size, grind it, shape it and work my way up from there. After this, I harden it, temper it and let my creativity run free with the choice of handles and pins. Not one knfe has been the same since I started, so they are all one of a kind!
