In early 2020, I ventured into knife repair, a realm completely unfamiliar to me. Together with my friend Nicolas Lazopoulos, I attended a workshop that sparked our interest in this craft. Since then, my passion has flourished, culminating in the creation of these unique handmade knives. Each knife begins as raw steel, either carbon or stainless, which I meticulously shape, grind, and refine. Following this, I undertake the crucial steps of hardening and tempering the blade, before delving into the creative process of selecting distinctive handles and pins.
Every knife I produce is truly one-of-a-kind, bearing the mark of individuality that defines my work.
